The cellar has a mix of open-top and enclosed fermenting vessels with vertical and horizontal condition/bright beer tanks allowing complete system flexibility. Outer Limits Brewing has been a staple in the area for local events, benefits and fundraisers. The successful business has been a mainstay to locals and out of state guests enjoying great beer and food in a wonderful inviting atmosphere.
